Kids Teach Us How to Stay Safe from Lead
Kellogg, USATuesday, October 29, 2024
These posters were displayed during Lead Poisoning Prevention Week, which ran from October 20 to 26, and will remain on display until November 8. The public can see these creative works at the PHD's Kellogg office from Monday to Friday, 8 a. m. to 5 p. m.
It's great to see kids taking the lead (pun intended! ) in raising awareness about lead exposure. Their posters not only showcase their learning but also serve as reminders for the community. If you want to know more about lead exposure or the contest, you can call PHD at 208-783-0707.
The Panhandle Health District and other local agencies are working together to keep the community informed and safe from contamination issues related to the Bunker Hill Superfund Site.
