'Me Time' Matters for Mental Health

So, why not try making some simple changes to your routine to grab a bit of 'me time'? For example, leave your phone in another room or spend a few minutes alone in the car before heading back into the house. It's okay to prioritize your own needs, and it doesn't mean you're being selfish.
Interestingly, you can even feel alone while being around others. Just imagine going to a movie by yourself or sitting in a park full of people. It's all about not having to engage in direct social interaction.
