Recently, he had a heart-to-heart with fellow artist Fat Joe on the new Starz series, “Fat Joe Talks.” The topic? Coping with depression bouts. The chat began casually, with Method Man emphasizing the importance of reaching out to loved ones when they come to mind. “If you suddenly think about someone, don’t just let it pass,” he advised. “Pick up the phone, send a message. It might mean the world to them.” The conversation then took a deeper turn, focusing on depression. Method Man, a key member of Wu-Tang Clan, admitted that depression doesn't disappear for him. “It’s something I deal with, not something I've completely overcome,” he shared.
