Metro Detroit's Weather: From Snow to Showers, a Week of Changes

This week, Metro Detroit is in for a weather rollercoaster ride. As we wrap up the weekend, expect some sunshine and warmer temperatures, with highs reaching the 40s on Sunday. But don't get too comfortable, as a strong low-pressure system is moving in on Monday, bringing rain showers and temperatures soaring into the upper 40s to lower 50s.

Midweek, another low-pressure system will sweep through, dropping temperatures and bringing back chances of snow showers for Wednesday and Thursday. It's too early to predict if the snow will stick, but it's going to feel much colder. By Friday, temperatures will start to rise again, and sunshine will return. However, don't expect the warmth to last. As we head into the next weekend, yet another system is on its way. Saturday will start with a wintry mix, but as temperatures climb into the low to mid-40s, we'll see a shift to rain showers.
