Strangely, none of these recommendations clearly distinguish between 'physical activity' and 'exercise'. That might be why we're not seeing many people take part in actual exercise.
Exercise, after all, is like medicine. So, the main recommendations should push exercise more than general activity. With so many people being inactive, it’s crucial to give clear, consistent messages about staying active.
