Mourning at Muan: Families Await News After Deadly Plane Crash

A somber scene unfolded at Muan International Airport in South Korea on Monday. Families of passengers on a Jeju Air flight that crashed on Sunday were gathered, waiting for news of their loved ones. The flight, which took off from Bangkok, ended tragically with all but two of the 181 people on board losing their lives. The crash is the deadliest aviation disaster in South Korea in nearly three decades. Medical staff announced the names of identified victims, with 146 already named. All Boeing 737-800 planes in the country will be inspected. The victims include 84 men, 85 women, and 10 unidentified individuals. Two Thai nationals were also on board.
