Naturi Naughton-Lewis Takes on a New Role in Starz's Upcoming Thriller

Naturi Naughton-Lewis, a familiar face from the Power series, is stepping into a new role. She's joining Starz for a different kind of story. This time, it's not about the streets of New York but the bustling city of Johannesburg. The show is called "The Nowhere Man." It's a six-part drama that will hit the screens on January 16, 2026.

The Story

The story revolves around Lukas, a former Special Forces mercenary played by Bonko Khoza. Lukas is trying to leave his violent past behind. He's now a junk collector, living on the streets. But when he sees a home invasion, he can't just walk away. This event drags him back into the world he's trying to escape. To finally break free, he must face his demons and the secrets of his past.

Naturi Naughton-Lewis's Role

Naughton-Lewis plays Ruby, a resident at a homeless shelter. She's also an executive producer for the series. This show marks a new chapter for her, both as an actress and a producer. It's a chance to tell a story that's action-packed and globally relevant.

"The Nowhere Man" is created by Motion Story, with Phillip Wolmarans and Nick Keulemans at the helm. The series is directed by Fred Wolmarans and Gareth Crocker, who also serves as the showrunner. Naturi Naughton-Lewis's Journey
