Former Odin’s Eye Entertainment executive Tianna Roberts has joined Big Safari Productions and Creativity Capital in a dual role. At Big Safari, she will serve as Acquisitions and Co-Productions Manager, focusing on expanding the company’s reach into Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Simultaneously, she will also be the Acquisitions Manager at Creativity Capital, helping to identify projects for investment and financing. Tianna brings a wealth of experience from her nearly five years at Odin’s Eye Entertainment, where she most recently held the position of Head of Development and Co-Director of Acquisitions. She will leverage her background in international development, distribution, and acquisitions to enhance both companies’ global co-production and financing opportunities. The appointment comes at a time when international co-productions and financing are on the rise. Other notable co-productions include “Get Away, ” a Finnish/UK thriller starring Nick Frost and Lena Headey, and “The Bayou, ” a UK/Philippines alligator survival thriller. Creativity Capital, established in 2014, has a robust portfolio of financing projects with major names like Netflix, Sky, BBC Films, Amazon, and Universal Pictures. Recent investments include “Queens Of The Dead, ” a drag queen zombie slasher film by Tina Romero, and “Never Seen The Sea, ” a coming-of-age drama by BBC Films.
