New Stars Align: Honkai’s Galactic Adventure Meets Fate

Honkai: Star Rail is set to launch its 4. 4 update, called “A Moment of Silence, A Resounding Horn, ” on July 15. The patch moves the story forward in the Strange Paradise, where the Trailblazer confronts Asat Pramad, the Lord Ravager who broke fifteen years of peace. Clues from Himeko guide the Trailblazer to uncover why she vanished and what happened fifteen years ago. A fresh character appears: Himeko Nova, a five‑star Erudition fighter who harnesses fire. In combat she creates a protective zone and summons the Armored Star Guide to aid teammates. When her ultimate activates, the team can direct the guide to strike enemies, and allies in the Astral Express crew receive extra bonuses while the zone stays active. The update also brings a second collaboration with Fate/stay night, this time featuring the Holy Grail War in space. Rin Tohsaka accidentally enters the Strange Paradise during the Fifth Holy Grail War, sparking a new conflict. Players will team up with Rin to recover pieces of Gilgamesh’s Gate of Babylon and investigate the Phantasm: Holy Grail War. The collaboration adds Rin Tohsaka, a five‑star Erudition Quantum character, and Gilgamesh, a five‑star Destruction Lightning fighter, to the roster.

From July 24 until version 4. 6 ends, logging in during the collaboration window lets players pick either Gilgamesh or Archer to receive a free five‑star character and related upgrade materials. Accumulating 200 Star Rail Special Passes during version 4. 4 grants one of two exclusive five‑star Light Cones: What I See Is Me or The Hell Where Ideals Burn. The Warp event’s first half will briefly bring back five‑star stars Sparkle, Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae, and Acheron. The second half will revive Kaelidra, Anaxa, and Aventurine. New cosmetic content includes a Sparkle costume called Sweet Dream Propagator, five pet emojis, and fan‑art inspired Trailblazer skins. Players can also earn ten free pulls by logging in each day. An “Anti‑Corruption Expert” quest sees the Trailblazer tackling Aventurine’s requests to investigate IPC corruption by compiling data bricks. The permanent “Currency War: Zero‑Sum Game” receives new challenges, and several system functions are fine‑tuned. From July 17 to August 31, an immersive exhibition titled Memoirs of Walking Among the Stars will open at DEEP in Lotte World, Jamsil, Seoul.
