Notification Forwarding for EU Users

EU users will benefit from a new feature called notification forwarding. This allows users to send iPhone notifications to a third-party smartwatch or wearable. Similar to the Apple Watch, but now open to other devices due to EU regulations. Users can forward notifications to one device at a time.
