Nighttime Gunfire Hits Virginia Beach Town Center

In the early hours of Sunday, a sudden burst of gunfire rattled the Town Center area of Virginia Beach. Officers arrived near Market Street, where they discovered a crime scene surrounded by local restaurants and shops.
