Comedian Nikki Glaser is gearing up to host the 82nd Golden Globes, but she’s steering clear of hot-button topics like the recent Hollywood drama and politics. Glaser, who's known for her stand-up special "Someday You’ll Die, " wants to keep her hosting gig light and fun. She's not aiming to offend anyone or follow in the footsteps of hosts like Ricky Gervais, who went all out in his last Golden Globes appearance. One controversial topic she’s avoiding is the lawsuit between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. After Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and retaliation, Glaser decided it's best to leave that out of her jokes. She fears that even mentioning the issue could make her seem biased, which isn't her intention. Plus, she’s not interested in giving more attention to Baldoni’s name.
