North Korea in Russia: A Diplomatic Dance

The U. S. and its allies are also upset because they think North Korea has been giving Russia lots of artillery shells and other stuff to help in the war. Russia and China have been blocking efforts to tighten sanctions on North Korea because of their missile tests.
South Korea's President, Yoon Suk Yeol, is thinking about supplying Ukraine with weapons. But for now, South Korea is just giving humanitarian aid and joining economic sanctions against Russia.
In other news, Russia launched some missiles and drones at Ukraine. Some were intercepted, some were jammed, and some flew to Belarus. There were also reports of drones hitting civilian areas and causing damage.
