Novi Brown has joined Innovative Artists Entertainment for all‑encompassing representation, while still working with Alta Global Media and Crawford Talents in Germany. The actress, who gained fame as Sabrina Hollins on BET’s “Sistas, ” will now be guided by a team that can help her tap into fresh opportunities.  

“‘Sistas’ ran for nine seasons before Brown stepped away, and the show’s next chapter began airing in January 2026. The series has been a staple of BET’s scripted lineup and even spawned two spin‑offs, “Zatima” and “Divorced Sistas. ” Brown’s departure left a noticeable gap, but her new agency may bring her back into the spotlight.  

Beyond television, Brown has proven versatile in film and theater. She co‑starred and served as a consulting producer on the holiday movie “A Wesley South African Christmas, ” working alongside actors like Jasmine Guy and Dorian Wilson. Her film credits also include titles such as “Alone in the Dark, ” “The First Noelle, ” and “Holiday Hideaway. ”  

On stage, she has tackled powerful roles in productions of “The Vagina Monologues, ” “Dutchman, ” and “Boston Marriage. ” She also invested in the Broadway hit “Othello” featuring Denzel Washington and Jake Gyllenhaal, a show that sold out all performances and drew widespread attention.
