Former NFL quarterback Baker Mayfield, known for his flag-planting stunt at Ohio State, thinks it's no big deal. He believes it's just a part of the game and that teams should accept their losses and move on. But the Ohio lawmaker sees it differently and wants to put an end to this tradition.
