The experts worry that Trump, at 78, might be facing cognitive decline and should get a neurological check-up. They spotted worrying signs like his slim vocabulary, excessive use of extravagant words, and sometimes confusing others. According to clinical psychologist John Gartner, Trump's actions mirror those of brutal dictators from history. The PAC’s campaign, costing $500, 000, is their last push before the election. They've also created videos with Trump's former allies turning against him and put up mocking billboards near his Florida homes.

Conway, a fierce critic of Trump, started the PAC to convince voters about Trump's narcissistic and sociopathic behaviors. Trump’s opponent, Kamala Harris, has also dubbed him as increasingly unstable. With Joe Biden out of the race over age and mental concerns, Trump is facing similar criticisms. Democrats have urged voters to watch his rallies to see his confusing speeches. According to Harris, Trump often mentions fictional characters and strange claims like windmills causing cancer in his speeches. This results in his supporters leaving his rallies early due to exhaustion and boredom.
