Pain After Breast Cancer: How E-Learning Can Help Professionals Collaborate

Breast cancer survivors often face chronic pain, and managing it requires a team effort. Professionals need to learn new skills and ways to collaborate. Our e-learning program was designed to help with this. We wanted to know if the program was actually used, how it encouraged teamwork, and if it made a difference.
A realist evaluation is a way to figure out how a program works in real life. It helps us understand the steps that lead to certain results. In this case, we wanted to see if our e-learning program actually helped professionals work together better and improved pain management for survivors.
