Police Finally Arrest Suspected Shooter After Long Standoff in Minneapolis

In Minneapolis, a standoff finally ended with the arrest of John Herbert Sawchak, a 54-year-old man charged with attempted murder. The case started when Sawchak allegedly shot his neighbor, Davis Moturi, who was trimming a tree.
