Powerful Boss Accused of Serious Misconduct in Workplace

A high-ranking executive at a large company is facing serious allegations. The accuser, a former assistant, claims she was subjected to inappropriate behavior, including sexual assault, during her time at the company. The Accusations

The assistant, who is in her late 20s and originally from Africa, said the situation started soon after she was hired in late 2023. She claims the executive sent her inappropriate messages, including personal questions about her background, even while he was in the hospital with his newborn child.

The Manhattan Incident

The assistant alleged that the executive invited her to a business meeting at a Manhattan hotspot in January 2024. She claims she felt dizzy and disoriented after drinking a beverage that was left unattended. The executive then allegedly took her to a nearby hotel room, where he tried to force a kiss and showed her explicit videos.

The assistant said she managed to escape and vomited in the bathroom. Later, the executive allegedly called her via FaceTime, apologized, and offered her a promotion. She claims she felt trapped and thought she had to endure the situation to keep her job.

Further Allegations

The assistant alleged that the executive drugged and raped her on two other occasions, once at his home in Florida and once during a work trip to the Bahamas. She claims he choked her and made comments about how she was "quieter and sweeter when half-conscious."

The assistant also alleged that the executive made racist remarks and excluded a black colleague from important meetings. She claims he told her he only hired women under 30 with "questionable morals" and told her to dress more provocatively.

Denials and Consequences

The company and its new owner deny the assistant was ever officially employed. They also deny any wrongdoing. The executive claims the assistant's allegations are false and motivated by a desire for financial gain.
