PSN Outage: Sony's Fix and Player Frustration

Many people had a lot to say about the outage. They were upset about the lack of communication. Some were upset about the lack of compensation. They were upset about the lack of transparency. They wanted to know more. Some were frustrated. Some were angry. Many were unhappy. Many wanted more. Many wanted answers.
Some said this is not the first time this has happened. It's not the first time Sony has had an outage. They said Sony should have done more. They should have learned from their mistakes. They should have communicated better. They should have given more compensation. They were right. They were right to be upset. They were right to be angry. This was not good enough.
In all honesty, downtime happens. It's part of the deal. But Sony could have handled it better. They could have communicated better. They could have given more compensation. They could have given more answers. They could have done more. They could have done better. They could have done more to make it right. They could have done more to make it better. They could have done more to make it easy. They could have done more to make sure the next time is better.
