On a broader spectrum, there are certainly factors to consider. Why haven’t all areas experienced the same positive impacts? Maybe due to funding priorities. Another idea is accessibility. Bigger cities generally have better access because businesses seek networking and public relations benefits, often ignoring rural counterparts. What can educators do about these disparities?
