One part of the tumor might grow and spread faster than somewhere else. There is a fancy name for this: inter tumor heterogeneity. It is like Hub on the inside of the tumor.

       What's different about this one is that it shows the tumors before doctors start their work on them.

       Researchers took two different imaging techniques. They mixed them together. One of them is something called DCE-MRI. In short, it is tricky MRI that follows up on specific type of tumor. They are fast growing. The other one is DWI. It gives Scietists map of tumors. This can be helpful if a doctor wants to know the tumor in a hurry in.

       Tumors can have different IDH situations. IDH is like a gene. It makes some tumor types faster or slower. The issue is an IDH gene makes it difficult to know how this type of cancer causes tumors to develop. With this point of view, using MRIs can help to see the next move. This could help with the prognosis about how a patient can be treated.

      Another thing is the prognosis. Doctors and the patient have a hard time  knowing which person may need a cure right away. This is the best way to see what can happen.

     An important question is how different brain tumors act in unique manners and how  those things can help patients in the future medical world.

This is a big step forward for our brain tumor doctors. The hope is in the future treatments can be tailored to individual patients in the future. But this is just the start.

      Goals of the study:

      Bold predictions can help patients. They can get the treatment they need in no time. This leads to the use of surgery procedures. It helps patients to recognize the outcome of the tumor quicker.

They need to do more testing so that this process can work for every patient.

So the prognosis of a person can be better if they can identify the tumor types before the surgery.
