"It's all a lie, " Giuliani asserted. "My apartment was packed with belongings, and everything that should have been there was. " He even pointed out that he recently drove a Mercedes-Benz, which is part of the assets to be forfeited, to a Florida polling site. The women in question are Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Wandrea Moss. The dispute revolves around Giuliani's statements during the 2020 election, which the election workers claim defamed them. The court had ordered Giuliani to surrender specific assets to compensate the women. Giuliani's response highlights the tension in the ongoing defamation case.
