" The police were alerted to the scene in Solebury Township, Pennsylvania, early on Friday morning.

When they arrived, they found Haddon's lifeless body on the second floor of the house. On the first floor, they discovered a 76-year-old man, later identified as Walter Blucas, passed out. The man was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The Solebury Township Police Department conducted an investigation and found that a faulty flue and exhaust pipe on a gas heating system caused the carbon monoxide leak. This deadly gas can be extremely dangerous because it is odorless and colorless, making it difficult to detect without proper equipment.

The local fire company also detected high levels of carbon monoxide in the property. Unfortunately, two medics and one police officer were affected by the gas and had to be treated.
