The tech giant has brought back 16GB RAM after a five-year hiatus, but the catch is that it's extremely limited. You'll only find this version on Samsung's website in Korea. Samsung has just announced the pricing and availability of the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra in Korea. Pre-orders are open until February 3, with the phones hitting the market on February 7. The S25 Ultra comes in four memory options and four colors. The most expensive one, the 16GB RAM and 1TB storage model, will cost you around $1, 572 and will be available only in Titanium Jet Black and only via Samsung's online store.

The lesser-priced versions of the S25 Ultra come with 12GB RAM and vary in storage from 256GB to 1TB, costing between $1, 187 and $1, 487. The S25 and S25+ come with 12GB RAM, two storage options, and four different colors. Interestingly, some colors are exclusive to Samsung's online store and physical store in Gangnam. So, why the limited availability of the 16GB RAM version? It could be due to production constraints or maybe Samsung is testing the market's response to this high-spec model before a broader release.
