Shopping Trip Turns into Chaos at Texas Mall

Imagine this: you're out shopping at Killeen Mall in Texas, just like any other day. Suddenly, a pickup truck comes barreling through the glass doors of a JCPenney store. This isn't a movie, it's real life. A high-speed police chase ended right there, leaving five people injured and the driver dead. The chase started about 19 miles away, in Belton, after someone reported a possibly intoxicated driver. The driver fled, leading police on a wild ride that ended when the truck crashed into the mall.

Four people were hurt when the truck hit them inside the store. A fifth person went to the hospital on their own. The driver was shot and killed by police after they entered the mall on foot.
