The swift and unexpected arrival of COVID really shook up education world wise. Teachers and students faced a sudden shift from walking into classrooms and standing in front of chalkboards. The requirements of information gatherings and the ease of interaction between the faculty and students as teachers were asked to teach through screens.  Online learning wasn't brand new but COVID-19 escalated its use in

        Academics decided to get a better grasp on how everyone was handling this new normal

        They created a questionnaire using the CIPP Model. The CIPP Model is a tricky way to sift through information, and ask some key questions -- looking at the context or situation, the tools and materials used, how the info was put into action plus the outcomes or products.

         This approach was aimed at getting perspectives from people from different fields like medicine, law, engineering. . . all from a well-known  university in Iran.

        The use of the CIPP Model offered a structured way to evaluate both benefits and drawbacks of virtual learning in teaching and student learning.

    Finding out the pros and cons can help guide educators and policymakers. Then, they can improve the path of education collectively.  They can prepare students for the future with technology-driven methods and with face-to-face learning.

    It's important to consider how each person perceives the process and how effective they think they are being  Teachers and students remained in their homes yet connected to the learning process.  What was the process like? What were the feelings of the people involved?

    Moved to virtual education, The actions and process should be guided by these perspectives. The focus on both teaching and learning methods

    could reveal what worked well and what led to roadblocks for both faculty and students.

    The study included a wide swath of faculty and students, giving a broader look at how virtual learning was received and how well it worked in very different departments.

    Ultimately, insights from virtual learning will resonate with others who are facing similar transitions in education.  The impact of face-to-face education to virtual is that broad for many people, schools and families as people started working from home

    The pace of change is often so fast in education that even as the pandemic wanes, the potential for blended approaches to learning is becoming wholly embraced .
