Siri's Struggle: Can Apple's AI Catch Up?
Pennsylvania USA, Pittsburgh,Monday, June 9, 2025
Google isn't afraid to pull the plug on things that aren't working. It has a history of killing off services, and recently, it's been phasing out Google Assistant. By 2026, you probably won't see Google Assistant anywhere. Google Assistant was once the top voice assistant, but times have changed. Google's new AI, Gemini, is way more advanced. It can dig through emails, handle big documents, and even understand what you're seeing with a camera. It's a whole new level of helpful.
So, what's the deal with Siri? Apple wanted Siri to grow and get better, but that didn't happen. Now, Apple is playing catch-up. The company wants to create something as good as Gemini, but with better privacy. That's a tall order. Apple needs to figure out if Siri can really be the assistant it wants it to be. Or maybe, just maybe, it's time for Apple to think about a new start, just like Google did.
Siri's future is up in the air. Can Apple turn things around? Or will it need to look at a completely new idea? Only time will tell. But one thing is for sure: the AI race is heating up, and Apple needs to step up its game.
