Snowboarding and Freeskiing: The Big Event in China

The Snow League is back, and this time, it's heading to China.

After a successful start in Aspen, the league is expanding its reach. Now, not only snowboarders but also freeskiers will compete. This is a big deal because it's not just about snowboarding anymore. It's a true winter sports league.

• Location: Yunding Snow Park, China (same place as the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics)

Prize Money

• Snowboarding: $1.6 million across all events
• Freeskiing: $580,000 up for grabs
• Appearance Fee: Every athlete gets $5,000 at each event

First Event Winners

• Snowboarding: Sena Tomita and Yuto Totsuka each won $50,000
• Future Disciplines: Slopestyle and rails to be added

Equality in Sports

• Equal Prize Money: Both men and women receive the same prize money
• Freeskiing Championship Awards: Top three finishers get $80,000
