Sony Eyes FromSoftware Parent Kadokawa for a Bigger Gaming and Anime Presence

Imagine if your favorite video game developer suddenly became part of one of the biggest gaming companies in the world. That's what might happen if Sony buys Kadokawa, the parent company of FromSoftware (the masterminds behind Elden Ring). Insiders say talks are happening right now, and a deal could be sealed in a few weeks if both sides agree. Kadokawa also owns other game studios and publishers, like Spike Chunsoft and Enterbrain. With Kadokawa, Sony could make more game IPs and publish them independently. Plus, they might use Kadokawa's anime and manga branches for new projects. So, the question is, would a merge make great games and anime?
