South Korea's Korea AeroSpace Administration (KASA) is eager to set up a solar wind observation station at L4, which will help scientists better understand the effects of space radiation on both the Earth and space travel. NASA and KASA will work together on joint research projects, including data transmission, optical communications, and the use of relays at L4.
