Spanish Cinema's Bright Future: Goodfellas Partners with Enrique Lavigne

The new partnership, aptly named Goodapatxe, aims to produce ambitious projects with Spanish talent and international appeal. He started his career as a film buyer for Canal Plus and later moved into distribution at Sogecine. Lavigne's production credits include films by established filmmakers such as Isabel Coixet, Javier Fesser, Julio Medem, Juan Carlos Fresnadillo, and Daniel Calparsoro. His expertise and diverse range of projects have contributed significantly to the growth of the Spanish film industry.

The first projects in development are a Spanish historic film noir, a western, and a science fiction picture, as well as four additional genre feature films directed by young Spanish authors. These projects will not only showcase the rich cultural heritage of Spain but also intrigue international audiences. Goodapatxe's mission is to discover and develop new talent, capable of overcoming language, genre, and format barriers to appeal to international audiences.
