MAX Building Solutions, one of the park's tenants, confirmed this perk. J. Wells, their sales and marketing assistant, noted that being visible from the main highway and having ample space for their building has helped their business grow. The park has already sold eight lots, with plans for a future strip mall and a Circle K. That leaves 91. 9 acres available for more businesses.
