Sports Finals: The Ultimate Showdown

This weekend, the sports world is gearing up for an exciting set of championships. Field hockey and volleyball finals are ready to take center stage. This includes the Division 5 girls' volleyball showdown happening on Thursday at Worcester North. Swimming and diving have already crowned Acton-Boxborough in Division 1 and Wellesley in Division 2. Boys' and girls' cross-country races for state supremacy will happen on Saturday at the Devens Willard Athletic Complex in Ayer. In Division 1 girls', Natick will play Bishop Feehan, and Wellesley will face either Brookline or King Philip. In Division 2, Masconomet takes on Mansfield, and Duxbury faces Westborough. For boys', St. John’s Prep meets St. John’s, and Newton North goes up against Xaverian. The games promise intense competition and unpredictable outcomes.
