A 64‑year‑old resident of Staten Island, John Perrotta, faces a ten‑count indictment that includes burglary, weapon possession, and drug charges after police allege he threatened neighbors over several weeks. Legal Status
Perrotta has pleaded not guilty to all counts. He is currently held at Rikers Island with a $100,000 bond set for bail. His next court appearances are scheduled for June 23 and July 16.
