With the original Switch selling over 146 million units worldwide, it's no surprise that people are excited for the sequel. And who knows? Maybe Nintendo was inspired by PC hardware. The new Switch 2 trailer showed off an optical sensor and mouse-like Joy-Cons, which is pretty cool.
But it's not just excitement; Nintendo's share prices also reached an all-time high after the Switch 2 announcement. So, even though the Steam Deck's sales took a small dip, it's clear that the gaming world is buzzing with anticipation.
