Steelers Soar with Wilson's Debut: A Rout over the Jets

He threw two touchdowns and ran for another, helping the Steelers to a 37-15 win over the New York Jets on Sunday night. Wilson's performance came after weeks of waiting and dealing with an injured calf. He shook off early struggles and led the Steelers to their second straight game with over 30 points. The Jets, who have lost four games in a row, struggled to keep up despite having Aaron Rodgers and newly acquired receiver Davante Adams on their team.

The Steelers' defense also played a big role, with rookie cornerback Beanie Bishop intercepting two of Rodgers' passes. Coach Mike Tomlin made the decision to start Wilson over Justin Fields, who had been playing well. Tomlin said he wanted the team to be great, not just good.
