Sunshine and Fog: Warm Weather Ahead!

In the coming week, two big things are happening. First, it will be warmer than usual outside, around 80 degrees and foggy in the morning. Especially in low spots. Temperature highs will be around 70 degrees as the Sun starts to heat up the day. Expect a fun, warm weekend with sunny skies. This is because winds are blowing from the Southeast at 5-10 mph. Looking ahead, temperatures will remain high for the entire week. Even as we go into next weekend, there isnt any chance of weather cooling down significantly. The weather will be warm, something we don't normally see in springtime. Fog will be a common sight in the mornings. The higher moisture content in the lower levels of the atmosphere will make this happen. But, rain chances are low. The most we can expect is a few scattered showers on Wednesday

Expect some fog in the morning, but it will burn off pretty quickly after the sun comes up. This is just what happens when the Sun heats the ground. This weather pattern suggests that we are already experiencing a preview of summer, with temperatures well above average for this time of year. There is a major concern about fog but, we aren't worried about rain. There is something to note, however, The lack of strong lifting mechanisms means we wont see big storms coming in. This is a good time to double check your summer plans, especially if they involve outdoor activities like picnics or hikes. The weather will be nice and warm.
