Switching to Day One with ease

The process starts inside Apple\''s own app, where users export their files. Then, Day One reads those files and imports everything neatly. On an iPhone or iPad, the transfer happens in the app\''s settings. A new option appears under Import/Export called \''Import from Apple Journal. \'' Tapping it opens a file picker so you can point Day One to the right location.
