Taipei's Rare Violence: A Lone Attacker's Deadly Spree

Taiwan, known for its low crime rates, experienced an unusual incident last Friday. A single attacker caused chaos in Taipei's busy shopping area. Four people lost their lives, including the attacker himself.

Attacker Identified

The man, identified as Chang Wen, was 27 years old and came from Taoyuan. He died after falling from a building while running from the police.
