Tesla's Self-Driving Tech Faces Scrutiny After Fatal Crash

In the past, NHTSA linked Tesla's Autopilot to over 200 crashes and 29 deaths.

Tesla has been sued over accidents linked to their driver assistance tech. In one case, a man died after a Tesla hit his motorcycle. The company has also been accused of false advertising and is being investigated by the Department of Justice. Elon Musk, Tesla's CEO, has said they won't settle unjust cases.
