However, prosecutors are now exploring whether Konanki's disappearance could be more than just an accident. This shift in perspective adds a layer of complexity to the case. Konanki's sarong-style cover-up was found on a lounge chair on the beach. There were no signs of violence, which adds to the mystery. The ocean is a dangerous place, as Riibe himself acknowledged. But does this explain everything? The search for answers continues. Riibe has been cooperating with investigators, walking the beach with them, his father, and his attorney.
