The goal is to understand how these incentives might shape public health policies in the country. This study involved six steps. It started with a review of documents and social media content. Next, it identified and described key players in the food industry and those making decisions. Then, it conducted interviews with important figures. After that, it looked at the types and methods of incentives. Following that, it mapped out the key players. Finally, it reported the findings. The study found that national-level food industry actors were the main providers of incentives to government officials. These incentives included funding election campaigns, giving financial donations, providing goods or services, offering gifts, arranging entertainment, and covering travel expenses. The analysis suggests that these incentives can sway the creation and execution of food and nutrition policies.
