A possible Donald Trump victory might end U. S. support for Ukraine, so the Ukrainian government is working hard to solidify its stance. Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin is waiting patiently. In the Middle East, the election has given Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu room to escalate conflicts in Gaza and Lebanon.
