Trucking Tech Firms' IP Battle Comes to an End in Court

The legal quarrel between tech firms Omnitracs and Platform Science seems to have wrapped up after a California federal court issued its final judgment. On December 23, the court rejected Omnitracs' petition for a retrial and scrapped a previous jury decision awarding Omnitracs $19. 3 million in damages.
