When asked if he could guarantee no price hikes, Trump admitted he couldn't. He pointed out low inflation during his first term, but experts warn his new proposal could cost Americans dearly. Trump acknowledged the importance of inflation, saying he won on border control and grocery prices. However, he couldn't promise his new plan would prevent price increases. While inflation is currently under 3%, companies are warning of potential price hikes. The blame for any price increases in his second term will likely fall on Trump.
