U. S. Tech Still Ends Up in Russian Weapons

S. microchips and other equipment are being found in Russian missiles, armored vehicles, and drones. Why? The Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), which is supposed to enforce these rules, is underfunded and using outdated tech. Companies like AMD and Intel were grilled about this, but the BIS isn't really holding them accountable.

It's like trying to plug a hole with your finger while the water keeps gushing out. The U. S. and allies are trying to stop Russia's weapon production with sanctions, but it’s not enough. They’re still getting components from NATO countries. Export controls are crucial, but it seems like everyone's not on the same page.
