Unprofessional Workplace: Ex-Staffer Sues Kanye West

Working for Kanye West was nothing short of a nightmare, according to a former employee. In a new lawsuit, Murphy Aficionado detailed his unpleasant experiences while working for the rapper. He claimed that West once walked out of a business meeting to have loud sex with his wife, Bianca Censori, in the next room. Aficionado, who was hired as a project manager in October 2022, recalled a meeting at a Beverly Hills hotel where he found West shirtless and out of breath. To his surprise, Censori was topless, and it was clear they had just had sex.

Aficionado felt uncomfortable but stayed out of fear. West then left the meeting to have more sex, leaving the door slightly open so Aficionado could hear and see what was happening. The incident left Aficionado feeling violated and dehumanized. The lawsuit also details West's antisemitic tirades and unpaid wages. Aficionado claims he was fired after refusing to start construction without proper permits.
