As President-elect Donald Trump gears up for his second term, he's set his sights on revamping Washington DC. He's not happy with the state of the capital and wants to make some big changes. And while Mayor Bowser will be at Trump's inauguration, many DC council members won't be. It's going to be an interesting four years for sure.
