Weather Control Conspiracies: A Closer Look at Greene's Claims
USASunday, October 6, 2024
The storm has left a grim toll. Over 200 lives lost, hundreds missing, and around 650,000 people without power across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. This makes Hurricane Helene one of the deadliest to hit the continental U.S. since Katrina in 2005.
Greene's history includes facing criticism for her views before taking office. A House committee removed her in 2021 over resurfaced comments questioning 9/11 and a Florida high school shooting. She once claimed space lasers started the California Camp Fire, which investigators traced to electrical transmission lines. Despite these views, she claims to have stopped supporting QAnon in 2018.
